Donald H. Larsen, Esq, was one the youngest attorneys in the state ever to obtain Civil Trial Certification, when the New Jersey Supreme Court bestowed that honor in 1991. Since then he has tried numerous multimillion dollar cases and has litigated matters on behalf of dozens of Fortune 500 companies, 9 hospitals, and 6 towns. After being honored with a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Arthur L. Troast of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County , Mr. Larsen has practiced exclusively in the field of Litigation and Trial work since 1983 and has been qualified as an expert witness in the field of Civil Litigation and Trials before the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Larsen has lectured in the field of Civil Litigation, Risk Management, Insurance Employment and Commercial Litigation before the New Jersey Hospital Association, insurance company claim departments and in-house corporate counsel departments. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
