Eddie Raynord Hadden has maintained a practice in northern New Jersey since 1980. He has served as Councilman-at-Large for the City of Englewood, New Jersey. He has a substantial practice in commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Hadden represented the developer in a major rehabilitation within the City of Englewood. This project was heralded statewide as a model for public/private real estate development. Mr. Hadden is among the few attorneys selected to close real estate matters for the Bergen County, New Jersey Housing Authority. Mr. Hadden is a former Naval Aviator and airline pilot. He is Regional Counsel to the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He has represented airlines, aircraft dealers, airport business franchises, fixed base operators, flight schools, aviation associations and numerous professional pilots. He has represented aviation interests before Federal regulatory agencies and congressional oversight committees. Mr. Hadden serves as vice-chair of the Community Resource Council, the official county clearing house for information on public and private resources available in Bergen County, New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Texas, El Paso and JD degree from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York. He is a member of the New Jersey State and Bergen County Bar Associations Divisions on Real Estate as well as the District Ethics Committee. Mr. Hadden is an active Rotarian.
