Bart J. Eagle formed the Law Offices of Bart J. Eagle, PLLC in April, 1997. Mr. Eagle specializes in commercial law and litigation, and the general practice of law. Prior to opening his own office, Mr. Eagle was, for ten years, associated with and a partner of a firm also specializing in commercial law and litigation.

Mr. Eagle has represented individual and corporate clients, in federal and state courts and before administrative and arbitration tribunals, in disputes resulting from commercial financing relationships; shareholder and partnership disputes; license and distribution disputes; employment matters, including discrimination claims; contract actions; RICO claims; securities frauds actions; and insurance coverage disputes. In addition, Mr. Eagle has negotiated and drafted commercial agreements including factoring, license, employment, severance, collaboration, shareholder, operating and partnership agreements, leases and assignments of intellectual property rights. Before entering private practice in January, 1988, Mr. Eagle was, for six and one-half years, an assistant district attorney in Queens County, New York. As a member of the Homicide Trial Bureau, the Major Offense Prosecution Program, which specifically addressed crimes committed by career criminals, major offenses and other high profile cases, and a Supreme Court Trial Bureau.
