Arthur "Scott" L. Porter is the managing partner of the firm. He represents many businesses in New Jersey and New York metropolitan area, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and transactional/corporate matters. Mr. Porter is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey and has litigated matters in Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah. Additionally, Mr. Porter has represented various commercial enterprises, manufacturing companies, real estate developers, general contractors, and condo associations in complex litigations, arbitrations, mediations and he has handled labor negotiations. Mr. Porter is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and he serves on the Board of Directors of several privately-held corporations. Mr. Porter is a graduate of the Syracuse University Law School, and received his M.P.A. at Syracuse's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and his B.A. from Bard College, where he is a member of the Board of Governors.
